Here’s How
Create a Profile on Google My Business
- Log into your Google account or create one.
- Go to Google My Business and search for your business name.
- Click Create a business with this name and follow the prompts to complete.
- Enter your business name and continue as prompted.
- Choose the business category(s) that best matches your business and fill in any category-specific content.
- Add your contact information and website URL.
- Click Finish and you will be required to verify your business before your listing is made public.
* If your business already exists, find it and choose Manage this listing to claim it.

Customize Your Profile on Google My Business
- Log into your Google account.
- Find the Google Apps button usually found at the top.
- Click the My Business icon.
- On the dashboard, click Info on the left (or Business info on the mobile device menu) then begin filling in your details.
- Write an engaging description.
- Add a cover photo and logo in Photos. Include other photos and videos too e.g., menus, team, or product images, etc.
- Add a short name to make sharing your profile easier.
