We are excited about the launch of our new Help Center, a self-service portal to help you maintain your website. We’ve added a small collection of the most common requests. Some of the questions we often receive after a new website launch are how do I create a new post, edit a page, add an image. You will find Quick Guide articles in our Help Center Knowledge Base explaining how to do these and other common requests. We appreciate our customers and love working with you.
Self-Service Help Options
We work with various technologies and have included Quick Guides for both Squarespace and WordPress plus other related topics. The guides provided are created for busy business owners. They are designed intentionally to be brief and point you in the right direction for making changes. Links to related resources are also included for more in-depth instructions. Using the Help Center, you have options to:
- Search the collection of guides
- Submit a ticket request
We do still offer website help services and welcome you to submit a ticket request for additional help.
Exclusive Content and Features
We plan to add more Quick Guides in the future and expand it. We are happy to consider adding any guides you think would be helpful and welcome your feedback and requests. As a valued customer you automatically gain full access to all the content and the ability to track and manage your support requests via a secured sign-in process. Limited content will be available to the general public.
