A Personal Message

Hi, I’m Keshia — and Coditivity is a whole lot of designing and learning with an element of fun.

Most instructional learning and design boutiques come from one world — design, or education, or tech. Coditivity lives at the intersection of all three, and that’s not an accident. It’s by design.

Our Story

I’ve spent my career moving between spaces that don’t usually talk to each other: the classroom, the design studio, and the world of code and databases. Over time, I started to notice something. The individuals I worked with had brilliant ideas — but their materials didn’t always reflect that. The organizations were doing meaningful work — but their visuals undersold it, their workflows led to wasted time and redundancy. The systems they relied on were antiquated, patched together and fragile – relying on practices that eventually lead to burnout.

One reason I started Coditivity Learning Lab is to do something about that.

The name itself comes from that same blending — creativity, design, imagination, code, and value. When you work with Coditivity, you get someone who thinks like an educator, designs like a creative, and problem-solves like a developer. That combination is rare, and I’ve seen firsthand how much of a difference it makes.
